Are you a serving or retired Fire Officer? fire-lec is currently looking for extra Fire Safety Risk Assessors to help them fulfill current and future contracts throughout England and Wales.
If you are familiar with fire safety legislation for commercial premises and residential premises and the requirements of the RRO, and have experience of carrying out Fire Safety Risk Assessments, then you could become a fire-lec Safety Risk Assessor.
fire-lec is forming a panel of Fire Safety Risk Assessors who will work alongside our national network of gas and electrical safety inspection engineers. We inspect over 100,000 residential properties every year, many of which – such as houses of multiple occupation and apartment blocks – have common areas that now require Fire Safety Risk Assessments.
gas-elec's unique combined inspection service enables us to provide truly impartial safety inspections without any vested interest (e.g. selling boilers) although the company does carry out remedial works on request and to the highest standard. As part of the gas-elec group fire-lec Assessors will be expected to provide an equally impartial service to the same high standards.
