Fire Safety Risk Assessments from fire-lec
The old fire certificates are now obsolete and you are required by law to have a written Fire Safety Risk Assessment. If you don't you will not only be liable to prosecution, but in the event of a fire your company insurance may be null and void.

fire-lec inspectors are fully trained and certified Fire Safety Risk Assessors. They will look at your current fire precautions, identify any hazards, decide on any action that needs to be taken and produce a written Assessment.

- The provision of fire fighting equipment including fire detectors and alarms
- The maintenance and testing procedures of fire equipment
- The correct signage is in place and that employees are aware of it and its meaning
- There is adequate training of personnel to implement the fire safety policy and fire fighting measures
- Adequate escape routes and exits are provided
- Record keeping in relation to risk assessments, maintenance, and fire safety log books
